There was a season in my life when I looked like I was functioning, but underneath it all I felt exhausted, foggy, stressed, and unlike myself.
Like many women, I kept trying to reset by doing more — trying harder with food, pushing through stress, buying the next supplement, or hoping the next fix would finally make everything click. But what I eventually realized was that I was digging in the wrong spot.
I did not just need more information. I needed a different kind of support.
That realization changed everything. As I began to understand the deeper connection between nourishment, stress patterns, nervous system strain, emotional pressure, and the body’s need for safety and steadiness, I stopped approaching health as a discipline problem and started approaching it as a whole-body restoration process.
I created Oasis to Zen Integrative Wellness to help women who feel worn down, overwhelmed, and unlike themselves find a path that actually makes sense for their real life.

A path that starts with food first, but does not stop there.

A path that actually make sense for their real life

A path that honors the body, respects the impact of chronic stress, and helps women create change in a way that feels grounded, supportive, and sustainable.
Nourish.
Food-first wellness and practical foundation
Calm.
Stress and nervous system support
Restore.
Whole-body healing and lifestyle habits
We begin by supporting the body with food-first wellness and practical foundations. Then we look at the deeper patterns underneath — stress load, nervous system strain, protective habits, emotional pressure, and the places where your body may be asking for more support. From there, we focus on restoring what has been worn down so you can build steadier energy, clearer thinking, better sleep, and more trust in yourself again.

This is not about perfection.
It is about helping you feel like yourself again.

I bring together my experience as an Integrative Medicine Practitioner, Holistic Nutrition Counselor, and wellness guide with a background in education and child development.
That blend allows me to look at wellness through both a practical and compassionate lens — supporting the physical body while also understanding how learned stress patterns and earlier experiences can continue to shape how women feel, function, and care for themselves as adults.
